Duncan is Pastor-Teacher at Banchory Christian Fellowship Church, where he has ministered since 2019. Duncan studied Biomedical Science and worked as a neuroscientist at the University of Aberdeen before entering pastoral ministry in 2010. He studied for ministry through London School of Theology and completed a Masters in Systematic and Philosophical Theology (University of Nottingham, 2019). Duncan is married to Amy-Jo and they have two small children.
Jeremy is Teaching Pastor at Deeside Christian Fellowship in Aberdeen, and chair of trustees for Keswick Ministries. Raised in Northern Ireland, he is the son of missionary parents to Ethiopia. He earned his Master of Divinity degree in Trinity Divinity School in Illinois, and his doctorate at Gordon-Conwell Seminary near Boston. Jeremy loves expository preaching, and training others to do it.
His books include The Amazing Cross (alongside his wife Elizabeth, Commissioning Editor for Keswick Ministries), devotional guides to Mark’s Gospel and Hebrews, and Learning to Preach, co-written with his brother Stephen, and he contributes bi-monthly to Evangelicals Now newspaper.
Jeremy and Elizabeth have 3 boys – Mark (19), Daniel (16) and Nathan (11). He enjoys Irish rugby, English cricket, and Chelsea FC, which some claim is the ‘unpardonable sin’!
Jeremy was ordained as a minister of Word and Sacrament in 1980. He previously ministered in Cumbernauld and Edinburgh, before his involvement since 2015 at Gilcomston Church, Aberdeen – initially as Interim Minister and from 2016 as permanent minister. He and his wife Susan have three sons and seven grandchildren. Over the years he’s lectured at the former Glasgow Bible College on ‘Preaching’, and also at Edinburgh Bible College on ‘Romans’. He has been chairman of the Crieff Fellowship since 2013, having been a member of the Fellowship for close on 50 years.
David (Ph.D, University of Aberdeen) is the Minister of Trinity Church, Aberdeen, where he has lived for the last 19 years. He is married to Angela, and they have four children (Archie, Ella, Sam, Lily, plus Nala the cocker spaniel).
Day to day life involves an open home with people coming and going, being a taxi driver to each child, and weekly exposition of the Bible in Trinity’s Sunday worship. David has published in academic and popular contexts, including: Reading the Decree: Exegesis, Election and Christology in Calvin and Barth (T&T Clark, 2009); co-editor with Jonathan Gibson, From Heaven He Came and Sought Her: Definite Atonement in Historical, Biblical, Theological and Pastoral Perspective (Crossway, 2013); Destiny: Learning to Live by Preparing to Die (IVP, 2016); Radically Whole: Gospel Healing for the Divided Heart (IVP, 2022), and The LORD of Psalm 23: Jesus as our Shepherd, Companion, and Host (Crossway, forthcoming 2023).
Morven has been the Office Manager and PA to the Pastors at Deeside Christian Fellowship since 2016. She previously worked in the oil industry in project management. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family and catching up with friends over coffee.
Rosie has been the Church Administrator at Gilcomston Church for over 20 years, having previously worked as an infant teacher. In her spare time she enjoys having coffee with friends, reading, playing with her grand-daughter and hill-walking in the Lake District.
